KN Coaching Academy Refund Policy
KN Coaching Academy is committed to providing our clients with the highest quality coaching services. We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel or withdraw from a coaching program, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible within 7-10 working days.
Cancellations and Withdrawals
- To cancel or withdraw from a coaching program, you must submit a written request to KN Coaching Academy at least 14 days prior to the start of the program.
- Requests for cancellations or withdrawals made less than 14 days prior to the start of the program will not be eligible for a refund.
- KN Coaching Academy reserves the right to cancel any coaching program at any time, for any reason. If a program is canceled by KN Coaching Academy, participants will receive a full refund.
Refunds
- Participants who cancel or withdraw from a coaching program at least 14 days prior to the start of the program will be eligible for a Full Refund without any cancellation Fees.
- Participants who cancel or withdraw from a coaching program less than 14 days prior to the start of the program will not be eligible for a refund.
- Participants who are unable to complete a coaching program due to unforeseen personal circumstances may be eligible for a pro-rated refund, at the discretion of KN Coaching Academy.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit a written request to KN Coaching Academy. Your request should include your name, contact information, the coaching program you are withdrawing from, and the reason for your withdrawal.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and approving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
